Order processing times are separate from the shipping times.

Available on back order orders can take up to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) all other orders will be dispatched between 1 – 5 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for large or bulky orders (such as the Wine Barrel Mini Bars) within the Sydney Metro area and prices are displayed under shipping in the cart and checkout page

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Rustic Vibes Furniture Kenthurst. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up.  We will send you an email when your order is ready along with address and instructions on where to pick up your item  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come and you must have a pre paid order and a confirmation of collection prior to arriving.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@rusticvibesfurniture.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO BOXES

We do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes.
