The Reserve is our personalised whiskey dispenser, combining solid timber craftsmanship, textured glass and custom laser engraving to create a piece designed to be displayed just as much as it is enjoyed.
Each dispenser is individually handcrafted in our Sydney workshop and features an approximately 2-litre textured glass reservoir, your choice of Silver, Gold or Copper tap, and personalised artwork permanently laser engraved directly into the glass.

Each design is permanently laser engraved directly into the glass — not printed, applied or made from vinyl.
You will receive an engraving concept for approval before production begins.
Because each reservoir is made from textured glass, extremely fine artwork may occasionally need to be simplified slightly to achieve the clearest finished engraving.
Handcrafted Timber Frame
Every Reserve dispenser is individually constructed, sanded and finished by hand.
The diamond-mounted glass reservoir is surrounded by a solid timber frame, with subtle routed detailing and contrasting joinery adding character without taking attention away from the personalised glass.
Natural variation in timber grain, tone and markings means no two dispensers will ever be exactly alike.

Natural
Clean, warm and timeless, allowing the natural Tasmanian Oak grain to remain the hero.
Walnut
A richer, darker stain finish that pairs beautifully with whisky tones and traditional home-bar interiors.

Approx. 2 Litre Capacity
The textured glass reservoir holds approximately 2 litres.
A standard 700–750 mL bottle will therefore partially fill the reservoir. We've deliberately positioned the personalised engraving lower on the glass, so it remains visually prominent when using a standard bottle of whisky.
Its larger capacity also gives you the option of adding more than one bottle when entertaining.
Easy to Fill
Every dispenser includes a food-grade plastic filling funnel, making it simple to pour your favourite whisky or spirit into the reservoir through the top filling opening with minimal mess.
Simply remove the stopper, insert the supplied funnel and fill.

Artwork Approval
Once your order is placed, we'll prepare an engraving concept based on your chosen wording, design or supplied artwork.
You'll receive this for approval before engraving begins.
Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling and design details at the approval stage. Production will commence once your engraving artwork has been approved.
As personalised products are made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not available once artwork has been approved and production has commenced. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Care & Use
Before first use, rinse the glass reservoir and tap thoroughly with clean lukewarm water and allow to drain.
For best results:
- Keep the dispenser upright on a flat, stable surface.
- Use the supplied funnel when filling.
- Do not move or carry the dispenser while filled.
- Never lift or reposition the dispenser using the tap, stopper or glass reservoir.
- Slightly pull the stopper loose when in use to maintain smooth dispensing. Push back in to seal when not in use.
- Hand clean only.
- Do not place any component in a dishwasher.
- Avoid boiling water, abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Do not immerse the timber frame.

What can I have engraved?
Names, family monograms, home-bar designs, dates, milestone birthday designs, logos and supplied artwork are all possible.
Very intricate artwork may need minor simplification because of the textured surface of the glass.
How much does the dispenser hold?
Approximately 2 litres.

Does it come with a funnel?
Yes. Every dispenser includes a food-grade plastic filling funnel for simple, mess-free refilling.
Which tap colours are available?

How long will my order take?
Each dispenser is individually handcrafted and personalised. Please allow approximately 2 - 4 weeks for production depending on current work flow.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Timber is a natural material, so grain, colour and character vary from piece to piece. Textured glass can also show subtle natural variation.
These differences are part of what makes each handcrafted dispenser unique.
